Draft vs finished

Leave returns Home and keeps a draft (including Cmd+Q / last-seconds autosave). Finish & save writes a completed row with a summary. Open a row to resume notes, transcript, File bug, and Ping L3.

  • Incomplete chip: drafts from Leave, quit, or force-quit recovery
  • Finish & save: completed RCA row
  • Tickets is a different sidebar (helpdesk list)

Copy pack

From History you can copy the same File bug / share pack NowBar uses. Copy markdown is clipboard only. That is never a Created issue.
