Terms of Service

Solvaro is a desktop investigation desk for technical support engineers: first response on new tickets, live calls, investigation and history. The website is for accounts, downloads, docs, and billing. We do not replace your helpdesk.

You must provide accurate sign-in details. Email/password and (when the OAuth app accepts the request) GitHub or Google create a session on the Solvaro API. The same session can be handed to the desktop app via the existing arcus:// callback. You are responsible for access to your machine and connectors.

• Use Solvaro only on systems and data you are authorized to access.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or connector consent.
• Human-gated posts stay off until you enable them; do not use Solvaro to silently message customers.

Desktop builds are distributed from GitHub Releases. Current Mac builds are not Apple-notarized. Follow the download page (Right-click → Open). We may update or discontinue builds. The software is provided as-is during design-partner use.
