Privacy Policy

This page describes how Solvaro (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the Solvaro desktop app, website, and integrations — including Atlassian and other OAuth connectors.

Who we are

Solvaro is a desktop investigation desk for technical support engineers: first response on new tickets, live calls, investigation and history. Product site: solvaro.ai. Contact: daarishlomo@gmail.com.

Information we process

  • Account data — email and identity used for sign-in, org membership, and billing.
  • OAuth and connector credentials — access and refresh tokens (and related account identifiers) when you connect services such as Jira/Atlassian, GitHub, Slack, Zendesk, Google Calendar, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and similar tools you enable. These are personal data.
  • Call and investigation context — transcripts, summaries, tickets, CRM snippets, and code excerpts you choose to use in Solvaro while investigating customer questions.
  • Usage signals — basic product usage needed to operate the service and plans.

How we use it

We use this information to:

  • Authenticate you and keep your workspace and connectors working
  • Fetch and display context you request from connected systems
  • Generate answers, summaries, and investigation assistance you ask for
  • Provide support, billing, and security of the service

We do not sell your personal data. Connector access is limited to the permissions you grant in each vendor’s OAuth consent screen.

Storage and retention

Connector tokens are stored securely (for example, OS keychain / encrypted storage on desktop when available). Workspace and investigation data are retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the product, comply with law, or resolve disputes. You can disconnect connectors and request deletion of account-related data by contacting us.

When first response is enabled, new ticket content and attachments (logs, archives, screenshots) are processed to write an internal note. Draft public replies are checked against internal comments before anything can be posted, and auto-posting is off by default.

Sharing

We share data with subprocessors that help us run Solvaro (hosting, auth, AI inference, payments) under agreements that limit use to providing the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect Solvaro and our users. The current list is on the subprocessors page.

Your choices

  • Connect or disconnect integrations at any time in Settings
  • Control repo, transcript, and screen-related toggles in the desktop app
  • Email daarishlomo@gmail.com for access, correction, or deletion requests
  • Report security issues to daarishlomo@gmail.com

Data handling for investigations

Ticket text, attachments, and code snippets Solvaro reads stay in your organization's workspace. Auto-investigate posts internal notes only (never public customer replies). Draft customer replies always require a human to approve before send. Likely-cause Slack/Teams webhooks are opt-in and use URLs you control. Investigation access on each desktop is logged locally so you can audit who opened a case. You can turn auto-investigate off per organization and set a daily AI cost cap.
