Local folders in Settings → Indexing. Snippets leave when you Ask.

How it works

Add the folder that is already on this computer. Investigate reads that checkout. The answer should name a file in that folder.

  1. Open Settings → Indexing.
  2. Add the folder. Example path: C:\Users\you\src\spinnaker on Windows, or ~/src/spinnaker on Mac.
  3. That path is a Spinnaker checkout on this computer. It is files on disk. It is not a running Spinnaker cluster.
  4. If the folder list is empty, quit Solvaro and open the app again. Then add the folder once more.
  5. Wait until the folder is listed before you ask a code question.
  6. You can still paste symptoms with no folder. The answer will not be grounded in files.
